 Jennifer Hightower is a distinguished litigation attorney and former judge known for her strategic advocacy, courtroom leadership, and unwavering commitment to achieving results for her clients. With an accomplished background spanning prosecution, complex civil litigation, and judicial service, Jennifer brings a unique depth of experience and perspective to every matter she handles. 

 Jennifer began her legal career as a prosecutor before transitioning into private practice, where she represented injured plaintiffs in high-stakes toxic tort, catastrophic personal injury, environmental contamination, and complex class action litigation. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed sophisticated cases involving significant exposure, sensitive legal issues, and complex trial strategy. Her reputation for excellence has earned her recognition from nationally respected organizations, including The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 – Civil Plaintiff and The National Black Lawyers Top 100.  

In addition to her litigation experience, Jennifer served as an Associate Circuit Judge in the Third Judicial Circuit of Illinois, where she presided over numerous jury and bench trials and managed high-volume court dockets with professionalism, fairness, and precision. Her time on the bench sharpened her ability to analyze complex legal issues, evaluate risk, and guide matters toward effective resolution — insight that now provides tremendous value to her clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
